What is Manouri cheese?
Manouri cheese
is a Greek, rindless cheese made from sheep or goat milk. The smooth and milky texture makes it a good choice as a breakfast cheese served with honey. The cheese is also used in traditional pastries such as spanakopita. Try adding this cheese to your cheese board served with small squares of nut bread.
