What is Lamb?
A lamb is a young sheep less than 1 year old. There are many lamb cuts available in meat markets with the most popular being lamb chops, rack of lamb (roast) and leg of lamb as well as ground lamb. The smaller cuts are normally pan fried or grilled and the large roasting cuts and leg are typically oven roasted.
