Haricot vert are about 6 1/2" long and are popular in farmer's markets and can be found in some well-stocked grocery stores as well. These beans are very easy to grow. Get fresh seed from a reliable source, plant in spring after the last frost and they will mature in about 48 days. We prefer the bush style beans for easy "taming". Succession plant these beans for a constant summer crop.
