What is Halibut?
Halibut
is a flatfish that inhabits Northern Pacific and Atlantic waters. An excellent eating fish the meat is firm, white and mild flavored with an added benefit of being low fat. The meat is available fresh and frozen. Standard preparation methods including, baking, broiling, grilling and pan frying.
