What are Gyoza skins?
A thin round 3 1/2", flattened piece of dough made of wheat flour, eggs, starch and salt used to make Japanese Gyoza (dumplings). To use, a small amount of filling is placed in the center of the skin then folded over in half like a turnover and the dumpling is fried, steamer or boiled. Purchase gyoza skins at your local Asian grocer or specialty store.
