What is Grapeseed oil?
An oil extracted from grapeseeds. Grapeseed oil is produced in most wine grape producing countries. This oil has a high smoking point of 485º F which makes it a good oil for sauteing or stir-frys. Providing a light, flavor grape seed oil makes a good neutral flavored salad dressing.
Substitute for Grapeseed oil
Avocado, peanut or corn oil.
