Graham cracker crumbs are made from crushed graham crackers. The crumbs can be purchased in most grocery stores. You can also purchase whole graham crackers, break the crackers into pieces and place in a food processor and pulse on and off until the crumbs are uniformly crushed.
The crumbs are combined with sugar and butter then used to make graham cracker crust for pies and other baked goods. They can also be used as a crumbled topping over fruit or yogurt.
