Quick Find:
Curly parsley
What is Curly parsley?
A garden herb with a slightly peppery flavor. Parsley is one of the most common culinary herbs. There are many types of parsley but the most aromatic for cooking purposes is the Italian, flat leaf type. Curly parsley is more suited for use as a garnish. Also related is Chinese parsley (cilantro) but it has an entirely different flavor. Parsley is best used fresh but it is also available dried. The dried version lacks flavor and texture.
