Coconut cream is a richer version of coconut milk. Good quality coconut cream is made from pressed coconut meat and has a thick creamy texture. It is typically available canned. Some brands simply use a thickener such as guar gum to thicken coconut milk.
Don't confuse coconut milk with "cream of coconut" which is a sweetened mixture used in drinks and some desserts like flan.
