What is Ciabatta bread?
Ciabatta is an Italian bread. The name litterally translates to "slipper" which represents the general long obolong shape. The loaves are rather flattened with soft interiors and a lightly crunchy crust. Ciabatta makes excellent sandwiches and it also is great for dipping in a high quality extra virgin olive oil and Balamic vinegar.
