What is Chaptis?
A traditional Indian flatbread typically served with dal and curry dishes. Chipatis are made with whole wheat flour, salt and water. The dough is rolled out using a rolling pin then cooked on a hot, dry skillet. The product can be purchased "pre-made" in Indian (and some well stock grocery stores) but homemade are always best.
