Cashel Blue cheese is an Irish pasteurized cow's milk blue cheese made by the Grubb family on a single farm in Tipperary. The cheese is made from a single herd of Friesian cattle. This creamy cheese, when served at proper room temperature will be runny and provide a fresh and slightly sharp flavor.
Serve this cheese with some ripe grapes, a Bordeaux wine and some thick rustic bread. Read more about this cheese at Cashelblue.com
