What is Bombay duck?
A small dried salted fish (harpadon nehereus) from the West coast of India. The fish is a specialty of the Bombay region of India. It can be eaten as a snack or combined with other ingredients and used as an accompaniment to curry.
Purchase in Indian markets. This ingredient can be hard to find in the U.S.
