Enriched Flour Bleached (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Canola Oil, Leavening (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), Dextrose, Sugar, Tricalcium Phosphate, Salt, *DATEM, Corn Starch.
DATEM is "diacetyl tartaric acid ester of mono- and diglycerides" and is used as an emulsifier used to strengthen the gluten in dough.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse on/off until well blended. Use as you would any recipe that calls for Bisquick™ brand baking mix. Store in a cool dry location in a tightly sealed container.
