What are Apples, dried?
Cored and peeled fresh apples, sliced and dried. Dried apples can be eaten as a snack or chopped and added to cereal or muffins. Most of the commercially available dried apples are dried using sulfur dioxide. You can make these at home without sulfur if you have a food dehydrator.
