What is Aperol?
Aperol
is a low-alcohol (11%) aperitif from Italy with an orange flavor. The ingredients include bitter orange, rhubarb, chinchona, genziana and a secret combination of herbs. Use simply over ice or in a variety of mixed drinks. See recipes.
Substitute for Aperol
If you don't have Aperol you can use Campari (both have alcohol). If you want a non-alcohol substitute you can use Sanbitter
