This oil can be used for cooking not to exceed for medium-high heat: Use for sautéing, baking, dipping, blending into a dressing/sauce, or drizzling on a finished dish. Smoke point 420ºF.
This oil is rich in vitamins E, B and P, and contains high levels of monounsaturated fatty acid (like olive oil) It also contains healthful amounts of linoleic fatty acid. This is a heart-healthy oil which helps to fight against bad cholesterol.
