We are unsure of the factory but no doubt German. The cup is 2.8" high. Greek key style handle. The finial is a little blue ribbon. The body of the cup has a floral design. The cup lid is very rounded which is uncommon.

Really nice 3 1/2" high ramikin with 2 1/2" handle and matching cover. Bright colorful carrots,onion and beet are painted on this collectible add on. Marked Villeroy & Boch. Made in Luxemburg. This is frequently sold as a pot de creme cup it is technically a porringer.
This is a very unusual and decorative Pot de Creme. The mark on the bottom is crossed arrows and is also marked #5581 on the bottom of the cup and raised saucer. The lid has a yellow bird finial. All three pieces are covered with raised flowers which have been painted.
