This is a beautiful set of twelve Haviland Limoges pots de creme cups. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find sets this large. The set included the cups only but most likely it would have come with either a multi-tiered stand or decorative tray.
The cups are painted with a vibrant, almost ultramarine blue color with bands of hand painted gold. There are also gold highlights added to the tops of each lid as well as gold on the cups and handle.
The set is unmarked but recognizable as French Limoges. The cups were produced in the late 1800's or very early 1900's. Each cup measures 3-3/4" tall by 3-1/2" wide.
