This Booth's Silicon China Pot de Creme cup was produced in the Booth's factory in England. The cup measures 3 1/2" to top of lid finial. This is the Orchard Pattern. These pot de creme cups were marketed by T. Goode & Co. an old, well respected seller of high end housewares. The pattern is decorated with various fruits and leaves with a blue crosshatch border. The lid, handle, finial and the body of the cup are all trimmed with gold. The bottom of the cup has the manufacturers mark.
We estimate the cup was produced in the 1920's. The backstamp with the crown and the words "silicon china" was first used around 1906. You can read more about Booth's china marks here.
