Verge is the new restaurant and bar located in the Toll House (formerly Three Degrees). The chef is Albert Nguyen-Phuoc, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. The restaurant features fusion cuisine. The restaurant and bar has been completely remodeled featuring a very contemporary look. The bar features an array of custom cocktails. This is a fun new spot to hang out on a Friday night.
Unlike much of Los Gatos, the Toll House has great underground parking right under the hotel.
