The Green Papaya was a Vietnamese restaurant in Los Gatos, CA that opened in 2000 on N Santa Cruz Boulevard. This location used to be the Double Rainbow ice-cream shop. This has been a nice add to town. The Rice in Clay Pot is excellent. Close to Black Watch.
The restaurant was opened by partners Paul and Hong and continued to operate until June of 2011. Here is a sampling of their entree menu back in 2000:

As of February, 2012 the building was occupied by an Indian restaurant called Chakrah. In 2014 Chakrah closed and currently the restaurant in residence is named Coup de Thai.
