This is a brief journal log today. Breakfast was a simple bowl of Nutrisystem Granola Cereal, 1/4 cup blueberries and some 2% milk.
I had work to do at my desk. When I was done I had my usual cup of coffee with cream. Afterward I took a walk to the post office and back, about 5000 steps.
I threw some field greens in a bowl and tossed them with some Bolthouse Bold Blue Cheese Greek Yogurt dressing. Then I heated a Nutrisystem Broccoli and Cheese Pretzel Melt. I had a little cheese thing going. I had to scoot out for an appointment so I ate, tidied up, then headed out.
I was at my appointment at snack time. I took some cashew nuts with me so I wouldn't get ravenous. I had 6 nice plump organic, raw cashews nuts.
So I did pretty well all day until dinner. I didn't feel like cooking so after much consternation we decided on a small pizza for dinner. I had 2 piece + 2 big bites of a third. **Sigh** between the white dough, the overall calories and the salt I'll probably regret this meal.
I didn't have room for dessert which is great because I certainly didn't need it.
There are 4 flights of stairs where I went for my appointment and I had that couple mile walk. That was about all the exercise I had. It was so cold in the evening I really didn't want to go out and walk.
