I'm slowly inching myself down to a -14lbs, which is close to 15! Before I get ahead of myself I better get to -14 first haha! I'm headed out for more shopping today so I grabbed one of the few of my remaining Nutrisystem breakfast entrees; the Buttermilk Waffle. I went to scramble an egg and realized I was out so I just had the waffle with a little maple-like syrup and a little butter. This was a pretty minimal breakfast.
I headed out for shopping and started with a cup of coffee with a little cream.
I seem to be 0 for 0 with shopping. I did manage to get hungry. I wanted to try a new little place I'd seen. I had a kale and spinach salad with dried mango (which I didn't care for) and a little cheese. I also had 2 deviled eggs.
I spent about 4-5 hours shopping and accomplished nothing. I know I just mentioned how I hate shopping so I won't say it again. When I got home I put my feet up and and a had a couple of my new fave thin Lavash crackers with a little bit of cheese. The dish below was for two by the way.
I eventually got hungry and so I heated the Nutrisystem Ravioli Formaggio. I still have a couple more of these in the freezer. I sprinkled it with about 2 teaspoons finely grated, fresh Parmesan cheese.
Dessert didn't sound good so I passed.
Although I spent a lot of time on my feet I really didn't get much exercise. I have a long day tomorrow so I probably won't get a lot of exercise then either. Hopefully my weight won't go up do to all the extra flex meals and lack of exercise. Most of my food has been healthy but when you eat out you just never know how many calories are hidden inside the foods.
