Hey, down 9 lbs, that's close to 10! I'm starting today with a "carby" breakfast which tastes fine but just does not keep me full very long. I have some shopping I have to get done and an afternoon appointment. Before that I need to get some of the plants I bought last weekend planted. I had some Nutrisystem Granola Cereal, Greek Yogurt and a few raspberries.
I got 3 tomatoes and 1 parsley planted. I still have basil, more parsley and chives to go. The gophers have made their way into my raised garden beds to I just have to find an area safe for planting; not easy! I took a break 9ish to finish yesterday's blog plus and have my morning cup of coffee with 2 teaspoons of cream.
I had 1/2 ounce sliced Swiss cheese and 1/2 ounce ham with a little mustard.
I headed out to do my shopping by 10ish.
I was very hungry by the time I got home. I grabbed a Nutrisystem Grilled Chicken Sandwich from the freezer. I heated it then topped it with my mayo-sriracha sauce combo and some lettuce. I had a couple ounces of carrots too.
I took some cashews with me to my afternoon appointment. I had about 6 of them while I was sitting around.
I wasn't running too late but I was ready for dinner by the time I got home after 6pm. I heated a Nutrisystem Roasted Turkey Medallions dinner and steamed some broccoli. I had a big glass of water with dinner. So that's one glass I kept track of today. I wasn't up to any walking.
Later in the evening I had a Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake. If with an iffy stomach the cupcake tasted pretty good.
Most of my exercise today was walking up 4 flights of stairs to my appointment then back down. I needed to go to the drug store after dinner but didn't have the energy. It will wait until tomorrow. I can't believe this week is almost over already! Hope yours is a good one. See you tomorrow. Oh, and don't forget it's Cinco de Mayo Sunday!
