I didn't feel like doing any prep for breakfast so I heated a Nutrisystem Cinnamon Roll and had a small slice of ham. I had to go out of town so I was out the door by 7:30.
I was still up in SF at snack time so I skipped.
Heading back we stopped at an In-n-Out Burger and I had a Protein Style Cheeseburger, that is meat, cheese, onion, tomato, no sauce, wrapped in iceberg lettuce leaves and an Iced Tea (no sugar). Good stuff. I didn't take a pic; had a car picnic haha.
I made it home early afternoon. I had a small, about 1" piece of steak left over from the night before. It was small but very tasty and made a filling snack. I took a short walk to the bank and back. Some of the few steps I had all day.
For some reason I bought 4 Nutrisystem Ravioli Formaggio entrees. Not sure why but given I have so many I heated one for dinner.
After dinner, before dessert I took a few block walk. My steps are still not up to my goal but better than the day before. For dessert I had another Nutrisystem Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich. I wanted the lowest cal I had; this was it.
I didn't weigh the day after 2 flex meals; it seems best not to. I did get a couple walks in, nothing super long but they do add up by the end of the day. Both water and fresh vegetables a little sparse. Happy May 1st! See you tomorrow!
