I had a flex breakfast today; nothing too exciting. I had 1/2 cup Fage 2% Greek yogurt, 1 1/2 ounces of fresh raspberries (those were good) and 2 tablespoons Coconola, coconut granola.
I had an appointment at nine but close by so I was back fairly quickly. I made a fresh pot of coffee and oh yeah, same ole thing 1 cup with 2 teaspoons heavy cream. I also had one wedge of Laughing Cow Light Swiss and a couple of pieces of celery. I took a short walk afterward and another short walk about an hour later. Definite progress from yesterday.
I guess I got my flex days bolloxed up. I was supposed to have Nutrisystem breakfast and flex lunch. Oh well, I selected the Nutrisystem Pepperoni Pizza Melt. This on my repeat order list. It tastes more like a pizza then any of the Nutrisystem pizzas.. I think it's because of the sauce.
I skipped my snack (no, don't do this). I'm having an early "flex" dinner.
I was very much in the mood for some real home cooked food. I made Steak au Poivre, baked sweet potato and steamed broccoli. Truly delicious!
I'm not sure I needed dessert but an hour or so after dinner it sounded perfect. I took a quick stroll around a couple of blocks then came home and had 1/2 of a Nutrisystem Cinnamon Coffee Cake and a glass of water.
Clearly another not very active day but did what I could. I had some vegetable like foods today, progress. I get very bored of tracking water therefore I didn't even bother today. I very much enjoyed (perhaps over enjoyed) my flex dinner. I have to make a half day trip out of town tomorrow so, more sitting. Tomorrow is May 1, see you then!
