My weight is down today; that's always a happy morning! I have an early appointment so I made a hasty breakfast of 1 Nutrisystem Blueberry Muffin and 2 ounces of ham slice as my "power fuel". Today I'll need all the fuel I can get. Most likely I won't get much exercise today but I'll need energy nevertheless. I also didn't get any food pics except for breakfast, sorry!
I'd been sitting for a couple hours but I still got hungry. I brought 3/4 of an ounce of raw cashew nuts to munch on. I had them with a little water.
I was still sitting as lunch time rolled around. I wasn't sure I'd be hungry at all so I brought a Nutrisystem Fudge Graham Bar. It seemed to agree with my stomach to I ate and washed it down with some coffee.
I finally got home around 12:30 or 1:00. I was a little hungry but nothing sounded good. I decided to make my Nutrisystem Chocolate Turbo Shake. Later I had a tablespoon of peanut butter. I just nibbled on things that didn't seem like they'd upset my stomach.
I made a feeble attempt to get some exercise but I had even less energy than I thought. It was also about 87F out which did not help. I walked about 10 blocks or so and that finished me off. When I got home I made some fresh mashed potatoes (not on the Nutrisystem plan) but on my "put something in my stomach that would stay down" plan. I had a few slices of BBQ chicken thigh left over from dinner last night.
When dessert time rolled around all I wanted to do was stay awake long enough so I could sleep all night. Mission accomplished.
My exercise will probably take a beating these next few days. I never know for sure until I wake up each day. I was happy I got as many steps in as I did. Although I didn't exactly eat "per plan" today I didn't do too badly. Tomorrow is a new day; we'll see it it goes then!
