I had too many lunch foods and not enough breakfast foods left so I had a lunch for breakfast. I cut up a Nutrisystem Fudge Graham Bar and ate it alongside my cup of black coffee. Not an exciting breakfast but was sufficiently satisfying. After I ate I weeded through some email then I went outside to freshen up the front of the yard park strip. After that it was a walk to the store to look for flowers (nothing). Then I drove to Trader Joe's and found some tulips; hopefully they'll open up for tomorrow.
Around 10:30 I made my usual Nutrisystem Chocolate Turbo Shake. I have more yard work to do but I hate to get too behind on my blog. Later I had some coffee with 2 teaspoons of heavy cream.
I got a little more yard work done then I headed out for a walk to the post office and back. With all my other walking and yard work I hit over 10k already.
When I returned I heated a Nutrisystem Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I mixed 1 teaspoon of mayo with 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce and topped it with some sliced red onion. It really makes it much more interesting.
I keep missing my afternoon snack. I did keep up with 250 steps every hour (minimum).
I needed one more walk after dinner to finish my 11 hours of 250 steps or more goal. It was cool to meet this goal but I don't think it's realistic, long term. I heated a Nutrisystem Italian Sausage and Turkey Pepperoni Pizza. I added some Italian Seasoning, chopped red bell pepper and 1/2 ounce freshly grated Parmesan cheese. I kind of nuked the crust.. but I was so hungry it didn't matter.
I was in the mood for dessert. I made myself some decaff coffee and served it with the Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake. I added 2 teaspoons cream given I worked my rear end off today!
I got a lot of yard work done but I'm hoping to do more tomorrow. I crushed my 10k step goal and made over 13,000. I didn't do so well with fresh vegetables again or water.
Tomorrow is Easter Sunday. I looking forward to a nice home cooked meal. Hope you all have a great day!
