A little bit up today (weight-wise). I had a flex breakfast this morning. I scrambled an egg with some green onions and 1/4 ounce of cheddar cheese. I served it with a slice of Dave's skinny bread and and about an ounce of avocado slices. I also had a 5 ounce glass of low sodium V8 juice. This was a nice, filling breakfast.
I wanted to get out early for a walk because it's supposed to be pretty warm this morning so I headed out about 11:30. I didn't want to take time to have my shake yet so I planned to have it when I returned. I walked about 6000 steps. I was ready for the Nutrisystem Turbo Shake when I got back. It makes a 12 ounce and a 5 ounce glass.
Later I had a cup of fresh coffee with 2 teaspoons of heavy cream.
I cleaned some radishes and prepped those for lunch. I also heated the Nutrisystem Broccoli and Cheese Melt. I like these better each time I have them.
My meals were running late so I ended up skipping my afternoon snack.
I heated up my Nutrisystem Chicken Marsala. This is another dish I liked better this time around. I also had some Belgium endive with a sprinkling of Danish Blue cheese and a dash of Balsamic vinegar. After dinner I headed out for another walk. I walked around a few blocks they headed up to the pet store for kitty food.
I only have few more Nutrisytsem meals and only a couple of snacks so I had 1 ounce of cashew nuts for my evening snack.
Not a bad day! I ate some fresh vegetables (a few) and drank a fair amount of water and got all 10k + steps in. That sounds like success to me. We're almost to the weekend and Easter Sunday. I'll check back in tomorrow.
