Gee, up .7, **sigh**. Nevertheless life shall go on! I heated a Nutrisytem Turkey Sausage and Egg Muffin. I think I've eaten too many of these. Actually IF it were tomato season I'd add a nice fresh slice of tomato in there to give it some flavor. For today I heated it in my usual fashion with the extra toasting of the bread at the end, cut it half and served it with hot coffee.
I tried to pay attention to my Fitbit reminders today and take at least 250 steps every hour. That will never get me to 10k steps but it does get me moving at least a little. After that short walk I hit my desk again to complete the backlog of paperwork I've been whittling away on for the last many days.
I took a break for a cup of fresh coffee with 2 teaspoons heavy cream. I headed out for a spin around the block and came back and had my Nutrisystem Turbo Chocolate Shake. These older shakes are only 10 calories more than the newer version and taste almost the same.
I had one more container of the Nutrisystem Red Rice and Beans so I heated that up and had that for lunch. I sliced a half of a cucumber and served that with 1 tablespoon of Bolt House Blue Greek Yogurt dressing.
I finally took another break around 3:00 and I was hungry. I had once ounce of my now (aging) poached chicken and dipped it in a teaspoon of Sriracha Sauce.
I headed back to the office after my afternoon snack to finish up my paperwork. Mission accomplished! My desk is about clean, that feels great. When I was done I heated a Nutrisytem Roast Turkey Medallions dinner and roasted some broccolini. Yeah that's two vegetables today!
I did head out for a short walk again around the neighborhood. I think I may be 'almost' back to normal energy-wise tomorrow. When I got back I had my Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake. I'm almost out of those, too bad.
I wouldn't win any awards to day for most number of ounces of water or vegetables eaten or steps taken. Otherwise all was well. My energy is improving and I did manage to hit a goal of 250+ steps per hour for 6 out of 11 hours today. That's something! Tomorrow is going to another inactive day. I'll be on the road traveling. I'll see you again tomorrow!
