My weight went back down and .3lbs more. I'm happy! I've got a lot of things I'd like to get done in the garden, energy permitting. I ended up having a light breakfast. I shared a Nutrisystem Cinnamon Roll and I served it with some black coffee and eventually 1/2 cup of Fage 2% Greek Yogurt.
After breakfast I went out into the yard to try to get some weeding in before it gets too hot. I finally took a break around 11ish.
I took a very short walk to the Grocery store so I got a few steps in. I had a cup of coffee with 2 teaspoons of heavy cream. Then I fixed a Nutrisystem Fresh Start Probiotic Shake.
I heated a Nutrisystem Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I still have a few of these to use. I heated it in the microwave then toasted the bun a little with some garlic powder. I topped it with some sliced onion and wolfed it down with some iced coffee. I actually took a minute out to peel a carrot and I ate that too.
I did more light gardening so I was hungry at snack time. I used once slice of Dave's Killer Skinny Bread (60 calories) and less than an ounce of my poached chicken with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise to make a half sandwich. And, because it's warm out today, more iced coffee.
I cleaned up around 5:00 and headed over to a friends house who just move to our town. The walk was about .69 of a mile which includes a long steep incline to to her house. We sat around and chatted awhile, checked out her new place then headed back down the hill to town to get a fresh mesquite grilled chicken salad. This was in fact a flex meal minus the "smart carb". Of course walking down the hill again meant going back up that hill one more time. Eventually I walked home which is only about a 15 minute walk. Needless to say I got my 10k steps in for the day.
By the way I didn't eat all of this. I took home about half. I didn't eat the oily dressing either, or the cheese.
I was pretty tired by the time I got home so I really did not feel like eating anything else. I did have more water though.
Between gardening and walking I got a lot of exercise today. I ate pretty well, even managed to get some fresh vegetables down. Weather permitting I'll get a little more gardening in tomorrow. Hope you all have a restful Sunday; see you then!
