For whatever reason a Nutrisystem Cinnamon Roll sounded good with a quick scrambled egg with a little scallion. I heated the cinnamon roll so it was just warmed.
I haven't made it out for a walk yet. About 11am I frothed a Nutrisystem Turbo Chocolate Shake. After finishing the shake I went out for the first walk of the day. I only walked about a mile and a half; not much but a start.
I have no idea why I bought 2 Nutrisystem Broccoli Cheese Melts when I know I did not like them in the past. That said, have to use them up. The funny thing is when I grabbed it out of the freezer and went to heat it; it ended up being a Nutrisystem Steak and Cheese Melt! Oh well, I like them better anyway. I served it with the last of my red radishes.
Today I'm having a little ham slice (2 ounces) and mustard. The ham is the "power fuel" by the way. I headed out for another walk and walked about a mile. I should make 10k by the end of the evening
None of my dinner options seemed overly appealing but I settled on the Nutrisystem Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. I'm just not keen on "white meals". This is much too bland for me but again, when you're hungry enough you'll eat anything. I'm having some roasted green beans to go with the entry. I'm fairly low on calories so I added a little olive oil to the beans to give them a nicely browned color and a little crunch.
I decided on the Nutrisystem Chocolate Brownie Sundae Cup. It's just enough ice cream to be filling.
I did in fact get all my 10k steps in again today. I think this is about 4 days in a row. It's been a long time since I've been able to do that. I do hope I see some progress weight loss wise but I'm not overly optimistic. I am under a medical treatment right now that could be interfering with my diet regime. Time will tell. Hope you all a healthy, happy day tomorrow.
