I'm down to only two days worth of week 1 foods so today is a Nutrisystem Double Chocolate Muffin. I heated it for about 18 seconds which warms the little chocolate bits inside. I washed it down with the usual black coffee. I still think sweets for breakfast is NOT good training for long-term weight loss and maintenance.
There has been a lot of chaos today. I have workers in and out which usually means fielding lots of questions which means constant interruptions. Somehow at snack time I grabbed my Nutrisystem Nutricurb Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar rather than making my typical protein shake. I served the bar with some iced coffee. So far no walk today.
I had a meeting planned so I rushed through lunch. This was not difficult because it was meal replacement bar lunch; the Nutrisystem Trail Mix Bar. This bar has a very brown sugar flavor to me with a decent texture and chocolate on the bottom of the bar. More sweets. I'm looking forward to more savory meals and fewer sweets. I had a little more iced coffee with the bar. Still no walk.
My meeting went long, over 2 hours. The workers finished up too so about 4:00 I could finally break away for a walk. Before I headed out I made my Nutrisystem Chocolate Turbo Shake.
I walked a couple of miles and came home pretty hungry. The protein shake I had before I left wore off pretty quickly. After a few delays I finally sat down to eat my Nutrisystem Mac and Cheese with Turkey Sausage. I don't think I'd normally like this but I wolfed it down I was so hungry. The noodles are mushy as usual but the little bits of turkey sausage added some flavor. This dish is supposed to be cheddar flavor but I couldn't detect anything that tasted cheddarish. Afterward I had half of a cucumber.
I came VERY close to my 10k today Saturday (tomorrow) should be less crazy and I hope i get a good walk or two in. Tomorrow is my last day of week one boot camp and I'm really looking forward to the integration of more variety of food. Hope you all have some fun weekend plans. I'll check in tomorrow!
