Although it was supposed to be gym day I had a commitment I could not ignore. I ended up sitting all day, none, zero, zip exercise. I had to get up really early and I was exhausted plus glued to my desk. It was a grueling but sedentary day. As soon as I was awake enough I did make a decent breakfast. About 1/2 cup Fage 2% Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries and some Nutrisystem Granola Cereal.
Mid morning I slugged down another cup of coffee and a slice of Canadian Bacon.
Mid day became a blur of dealing with technical web issues and making sure all is back to how it should be. I totally skipped lunch.
An afternoon snack never happened either but I did decide to make a decent dinner. By later afternoon my technical life was back in order. I made a trip to the grocery store for provisions.
I bought a New York steak and prepared Steak au poivre , fresh broccoli and some smashed sweet potatoes. I was exhausted and hungry by the time I sat down to dinner. I only ate less than half of the steak but made quick work of all the rest.
Dinner was plenty so I didn't wish to eat anything more. I was exhausted and ready for bed early.
I really try not to have days where I don't even go outside for a walk around the block. I have to say it doesn't happen that often but it does happen and today was pretty bad. I hope the rest of you are having a good week. Go get a nice walk in! See you tomorrow!
