The good news is I feel pretty decent today. Compared to yesterday I should have a pretty easy day. I made a simple breakfast of Fage 2% fat Greek Yogurt, fresh blueberries and Nutrisystem Biscotti Bites. I eat this combination on many gym days but I may eat granola rather than the little bites. Both taste pretty good.
I finally headed out for a walk about 11a.m. It's probably about as warm as it will get today. It's pretty decent in the sun but cool in the shade. It's probably about 58F out. When I got home I had 1 slice of a thick sliced Canadian bacon, about 45 calories.
I had lunch only about an hour or so after my snack. I heated a Nutrisystem Creamy Beef Alfredo (dehydrated entree) and served it with some slices of red bell pepper. The bell peppers from the farmer's market have been really nice lately, crunch and sweet.
I can see I'm not going to make it out for another walk. I was nevertheless hungry so I had 7 little Kashi Multi-Grain crackers.
I wasn't in the mood to fuss around a lot with dinner in fact I was feeling downright lazy. I received a Nutrisystem entree I'd not yet tried, the Nutrisystem Italian Sausage and Turkey Pepperoni Pizza. It looked decent but I doctored it up with some chopped white onion, red bell pepper, a sprinkling of Italian seasoning and some freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a few olive slices. It actually tasted pretty darn good!
I was too lazy to make a salad so I just had the pizza.
I did have a minor snack attack later in the evening so I had a little bag of the Nutrisystem Chocolate Chip Cookies. These are crunchy little cookies that have precious few chocolate chips but they are enough to appease a sweet tooth.
I feel good about my meals, much more on track today. I need to concentrate on getting my activity level back up. Always something to work on. Hope you all are having a good week. See you tomorrow!
