Here are my foods for day 6 of Nutrisystem Turbo 13 boot camp week. Of course I can add fresh non-starchy vegetables to all this.
No gym today but I do have a 9 a.m. appointment. I made a fresh pot of coffee and served it with a Nutrisystem Blueberry Lemon Baked Bar. I was hungry and the bar did a decent job of filling the void in my stomach.
I decided to do an errand while I was out so I was pretty hungry upon my return. I fixed a quick Nutrisystem Turbo Chocolate Shake. Once you get used to the sweetness of the Monk fruit they use for sweetener these are very chocolately and flavorful (and filling).
I ate my Nutrisystem Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar with some water for lunch and headed out for my only significant walk for the day. At least it was a decent one but not enough to make my 10k goal.
I always found it confusing that Nutrisystem has a chocolate peanut butter bar and a peanut butter chocolate bar but they are pretty different. A box of the Nutrisystem Nutricrush Peanut Butter Chocolate bars come with week one of Turbo 13. Both are pretty good in their own way.
I was not looking forward to my evening Nutrisystem entree. It's an MRE in a pouch; Nutrisystem Rotini and Meatballs. More tomato sauce and soft pasta. I was pretty hungry so I wolfed it down, nevertheless. I had some green beans to use up so I steamed those and served them alongside.
After dinner I got hungry so I had about 1/3 of a Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake. This was not an approved food for week one but oh well! I did take one more short walk but still missed my 10k goal. I'll be back at the gym tomorrow. Are you all ready for the weekend? It's almost here! See you tomorrow.
