I'm not sure why I'm even considering this a "diet day". Aside from my breakfast of 1/2 cup Fage 2% Greek yogurt, 1/2 multi-grain English muffin and a few blueberries there was nothing diet about my meals today. I walked into town to the Farmer's market for eggs and some vegetables. I spent the rest of the morning doing errands and work around the house so I got a few steps in.
I headed out to do some shopping so I skipped my snack and had an early lunch.
I don't eat this stuff very often but I don't mind once in awhile. I had an IN and OUT cheeseburger and 1/2 order of French fries. I didn't quite finish the burger. Every bite was delicious!
I came home after shopping and had a stick of string cheese and a few slices of Toscano salami.
It's still out-of-control-hot so I made a hasty dinner. I heated a Nutrisystem Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast and one half of a cob of fresh corn I got at the market this morning.
I had about 1/3 cup of chocolate mint ice cream (the real stuff).
I'll never lose weight based on a 1300 calorie day! That said it could have been worse. Two days of this kind of eating could be very problematic. I'll have to get my act together tomorrow. Hope you all enjoyed your weekend! Aside from the heat, mine was grand.
