Another gym day breakfast. I'm out of Nutrisystem cereal so I've been using up the Nutrisystem Biscotti Bites which over the last year have grown on me.
After gym I took a short walk, then came home and frothed up my Nutrisystem Chocolate Turboshake with 1/2 banana.
I'm still working on my leftover steak. I fixed the usual 1/2 sandwich with a few steak slices, about 2 teaspoons mayo and 1 slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread. Oh, and lettuce from the garden.
I stocked up on my Cheese Head light string cheese so I had a stick for a snack. Later I had a few slices of Toscano salami.
I'm almost but not quite out of Nutrisystem dinners. Tonight I heated the Nutrisystem Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. I steamed a little broccolini and topped it with a pinch of red pepper flakes and a few shreds of Parmesan cheese. The pasta always looks a little anemic so I put a little Parmesan on it too along with some chopped broccolini leaves.
I still have a few Nutrisystem desserts in the freezer so I had a Nutrisystem Chocolate Brownie Sundae.
I didn't make it out for another walk. If I don't walk by noon it's just too darn hot. By evening when it does cool down I get too lazy. I'm whittling away at my Nutrisystem food stores. I still have quite a few lunches and a couple of frozen dinner entrees. I do want to use it all up so I'll keep having it here and there until it is gone. Hope you all have some fun weekend plans.
