I had an slightly strange breakfast this morning. I had 1/2 of a Nutrisystem Cinnamon Streusel Muffin, 1/2 of a Nutrisystem Whole Wheat Honey Bagel and one egg scrambled.
I had two cups of seriously strong, black coffee so I added about 1 tablespoon of cream per cup. I also had one stick of light string cheese.
In my tradition of using up leftovers I made a half sandwich out of 1 slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread, lettuce and a couple of slices of leftover grilled steak (and a little mayo).
I had 1 ounce of Toscano salami.
I'm almost (not quite) done with my Nutrisystem food. Tonight I served the Nutrisystem Chicken Parmesan entree. I also sauteed some broccolini in garlic and olive oil. I topped things off with a little freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
I had a cup of iced coffee although I don't like to drink coffee in the evening as a rule. That said it's been HOT so something iced sounded good.
I did so well with my step goal last week but as it has heated up so much if I don't make it out for a walk before noon it just doesn't happen. I can't believe it's almost the weekend again. I'll check back tomorrow!
