I'm feeling lazy today. I got up, had a couple cups of coffee and made an easy breakfast of 1 Nutrisystem Buttermilk Waffle and one egg, scrambled. I also had a small glass (4oz) of low sodium V8 juice.
I headed out for a walk while it was cool. When I came back I made my Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake with 1/2 banana.
I've been on a house cleaning binge for most of the day. At lunch time I stopped and heated a Nutrisystem Steak and Cheese Melt. I didn't want to take time to fix anything else, like something leafy green.
I didn't even stop for a snack but I've made good progress with my house keeping.
I was pretty hungry by the time dinner rolled around. I made some blackened salmon, sauteed spinach and one boiled red skin potato. I ate every last bite!
Dinner was good and filling but later in the evening I had a Nutrisystem Fudge Bar. These taste pretty good for only about 90 calories. I also had one more walk so I could make my 10k step goal again!
I wouldn't go so far as to say I LIKE cleaning house but I do like the results of my efforts. Not to mention it's amazing how many steps you get in! I have to do yard tasks tomorrow so I'm pretty sure I'll make or exceed my step goal again. Hope you all are having a lovely weekend. Ciao for now!
