Well, maybe it's not big to you but big for me. I've decided to move on from Nutrisystem. I lost 30lbs (less 3-4 depending on when I weigh) and I feel good about that. I've traveled a fair amount and eaten many "non-weight-loss-foods" and still maintained most of the loss. That said I'm NOT stopping a healthy eating style. I'm transitioning to a new program! I'll probably keep posting to this blog for at least another few days until I switch over to the new plan. This one is REAL food, more cooking, hopefully more weight loss. You can read more about it soon in the next couple of days. Meanwhile, back to day 315 of Nutrisystem.
Thank heavens my weight is heading ever so slowly back down! It's yet another gym day here. I'm in a breakfast rut. I had the same old Fage 2% yogurt, Nutrisystem Granola Cereal and fresh blueberries.
As usual I fixed a Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake with 1/2 banana. I will probably keep using these shakes but I'll have to see how they fit into the new program. About an hour later I had one slice of Kirklands Extra Lean thin sliced ham.
While I made my usual half sandwich for lunch I did switch it up a little. Today I had 1 ounce of cheddar (1 slice) on Dave's Killer skinny bread and about a teaspoon of mayo and some lettuce.
I had one stick of light string cheese. These are not very filling but they help if you're just a little hungry.
I was good all day until dinner. It was another hot day so I decided going out was in order. I shared a plate of chicken nachos. I forgot to ask for black beans so they were slathered in refried beans instead. I still ate my share.
Needless to say I didn't need dessert so I passed. I did have a couple of glasses of water.
I hit my step goal again for the day which is always a good thing. Meals were light except for dinner but even that could have been worse. Hope you all have some good holiday weekend plans. It's Fourth of July on Tuesday! See you tomorrow.
