Another gym day breakfast of Fage 2% Greek yogurt, Nutrisystem Granola Cereal, and berries. I dashed out to the gym for an early 7am gym day.
After gym I did walk just a few blocks. I'll try to catch another one later. When I returned I had my usual Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake but without my 1/2 banana because I ran out.
I'm back to my Toscano Salami sandwiches, well, half sandwiches. I like this because you eat a very small amount but it's quite flavorful. I served it on a slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread with a little mayo. I was ambitious enough to add a little lettuce.
I had a cup of iced coffee and a package of Nutrisystem Biscotti Bites. I like the crunchy texture and the fact that they are not overly sweet tasting.
I bought a couple of nice lean looking pork chops at the store. I grilled them and served them with my fresh zucchini (Ronde de Nice) pretty little round squash. They turn a translucent green when cooked, different from other varieties.
Dinner was simple so some dessert sounded good. I took a short walk again, after dinner and when I returned I had a Nutrisystem Chocolate Brownie Sundae with a few walnut pieces.
I met my step goal again today. WOOHOO! My meals were pretty conservative. It's time to start thinking about Fourth of July. I'll stay in town and keep a low profile but there will be meals to plan. Hope you are all having a good week. See you tomorrow.
