No gym today so I made 1 egg, scrambled and heated a Nutrisystem Buttermilk Waffle and served it with a little butter and sugar-free maple syrup.
I was in a protein mood so I snacked on a 1" cube of cheddar cheese, extra sharp.
I headed out for a walk before lunch and I walked for about an hour. I'm working on the last chicken thigh. I pulled out my loaf of Dave's Killer skinny bread. I cut one slice in half, slathered on a thin layer of Gorgonzola cheese and topped it with a few little slices of chicken. This was NOT a pleasant combination but I was hungry, so I ate it.
Shortly after lunch I had one half of a bag of Nutrisystem Vanilla Shortbread Cookies and some iced coffee.
I had one last Nutrisystem Turkey Medallion with Mashed Potatoes entree left. I heated it and used up another couple handfuls of green beans.
After dinner I headed out for another short walk to polish off my 10k steps for the day. When I got back I rewarded myself with a smallish scoop of Strawberry Ice Cream. That said it was about 240 calories, OUCH!
I've hit my step goal two days in a row! I hope I can keep up the momentum. Tomorrow is gym day again so that always gets me about 4-5k steps, half the battle! Hope you are all having a fine week. See you tomorrow!
