It's Monday, gym day! I had my pre-gym regular these days, Fage 2% Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries and this time Nutrisystem Biscotti Bites rather than the granola. I took only a very short walk after gym because I had a garden project I had to get to early before the day heats up.
I ate one piece of light string cheese. I had some gardening to do I got right to it and forgot to have my usual shake.
I stopped long enough for a quick lunch. I slapped some mayonnaise on a slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread, then topped it with slices of leftover roasted chicken thighs.
For my snack I ate the other half of the chicken thigh I used a portion of for lunch.
I grilled a steak and steamed some green beans. I always end up overcooking thin steaks but it was still flavorful. After dinner I headed out for another short walk to get my full 10k steps in for the day.
I was in an ice cream mood when I got back from my walk so I had a Nutrisystem Chocolate Brownie Sundae for dessert.
I'm pleased I got all 10k steps in. Having a little walk after dinner is nice even if I didn't need the steps. I'm trying to get back to my minimum 10k steps to see if I can't start losing again.
