It's a lazy Sunday morning. I heated a slice of Nutrisystem Thick Sliced French Toast and scrambled an egg. I added butter and sugar-free maple syrup to the French toast.
I got hungry around 10ish and wanted protein. I ate 2 slices of cheddar cheese although I don't particularly care for "pre-sliced-cheese".
It must be cheese day. I selected a Nutrisystem 3 Cheese Chicken dehydrated entree. I reconstituted and heated it but I added a little too much water so it ended up more like soup.
I had one slice of Kirkland Extra Lean ham.
I roasted chicken thighs, no skin but my favorite spicy coating of ancho powder, cayenne powder, garlic powder, sesame seeds and salt and pepper. I have so many green beans I steamed another pile of them.
The chicken is always pretty filling so I skipped dessert.
Aside from a little gardening and a couple short walks in the neighborhood I really did not get much exercise. Tomorrow is gym day so hopefully I'll make up for my Sunday day of sloth.
