My gym texted me to come in early so I had to grab a fast breakfast. I had Fage 2% yogurt, blueberries and Nutrisystem Granola Cereal. Yesterday was so brutally hot I was concerned the gym would be brutally hot but it was not really bad. Gym was hard as usual.
I had to rush off when I was done with gym so I only did a very short, one time around the block walk. When I got home I had a 1 ounce slice of cheddar cheese.
I tried something new to me today. I had the Nutrisystem Creamy Beef Alfredo. This comes in a cup, dehydrated. It takes about 8 minutes total to prepare. I actually like this. I was pretty hungry but it really tasted pretty good.
I had about 6 small crackers and about 2 ounces of fresh Parmesan cheese. I tried to eat some fresh radishes I pulled and cleaned the day before but they were just too overripe so they had to go to the compost pile.
I heated a Nutrisystem Ravioli Formagio entree for dinner and made a small salad with the last of the greens I had prepped and chilled. I usually like this entree but for whatever reason (maybe too much snacking before hand) I just didn't care for it. I put about half back in the refrigerator to eat tomorrow.
After dinner I got one more walk in, just a short one up to the grocery store and back. Amazon has a locker there so I can just have any Amazon order shipped there which is very handy. Meanwhile, back home I had about 6 Trader Joes chocolate covered almonds.
Gym day was good but I didn't get a lot of additional walking in. Although cooler than the day before it was still beastly hot for most of the day. Are you all looking forward to the weekend? I am! See you then.
