Not sure why I woke up hungry but after a couple of cups of coffee I made a breakfast of one egg, over easy, 2 strips of Applewood smoke bacon and 1/2 of a multi-grain light English muffin.
After breakfast I took a walk, about 45 minutes but the temp grew to 78F by 9am. I knew this would be the end of my walking for the day.
I just had a light snack which I made lunch and afternoon snack. I served some fresh radishes from the garden with some Bolthouse Greek Yogurt blue cheese dressing.
Dinner was actually late lunch / very early dinner. We bought some Chinese takeout, a little pork fried rice and some Mongolian beef. It's 100F out, I was doing nothing to generate any heat.
I did get a little hungry later in the evening and I had about 1 1/2 ounce of fresh Parmesan cheese, no crackers.
I haven't had a day where I did absolutely nothing in ages. It was too hot to move. I'm glad i got a walk in early. We're supposed to have a week of this very hot, dry weather so my exercise may suffer. Hope you are all staying cool wherever you are. See you Monday.
