I'm back to my Fage 2% yogurt, Nutrisystem Granola Cereal and Blueberries for pre-gym breakfast. It seems plenty to eat before a workout but I do get hungry by the time I return home.
I whipped up my Nutrisystem Chocolate TurboShake with 1/2 banana and downed it with great vigor.
I only got a short walk in after gym and it's not looking like I'll go out again because it's over 90F. I made a light lunch of 1 slice of Dave's Killer skinny bread and a little tuna salad I whipped up.
By afternoon it was too hot to do much of anything. I sipped ice water and chomped on about 2 ounces of raw cashew nuts.
I really did not feel like fussing for dinner. I heated an entree I've only had one other time, the Nutrisystem Italian Style Sausage and Peppers. It is "OK" but I'm really not much of a sausage person.
Dessert sounded goods so I ate a nice cold Nutrisystem Ice cream Sandwich.
Other than a few chores I really did not move around much in the afternoon. I'll have to get out early in the morning to walk tomorrow because we are suppose to be looking at triple digit temperatures. Even my cat doesn't seem to want to move in that heat.
