I had to head up to San Francisco early so I made a very quick breakfast of coffee and a Nutrisystem Cinnamon Roll.
I was going to have an early lunch so I skipped my snack.
I had lunch out in San Francisco, sorry, no pics. I ate very healthy, I had a nice Branzino, whole, mesquite roasted and a few fresh vegetables. I had one slice of marvelous sour dough bread with a little butter.
I had a stick of light string cheese.
It was time for another Nutrisystem Turkey Medallions Dinner with Mashed Potatoes. We hauled out another pile of fresh green beans from the garden which I quickly steamed.
I did skip dessert.
Wow, I met my step goal two days in a row! It's going to start getting really hot so I need to get my walks in early or they just won't happen. Tomorrow is gym day again. I'll let you know how that goes.
